These Terms & Conditions govern use of axivor.eu. Marketplace purchases are also governed by the terms shown by the relevant marketplace at the time of purchase.

1. About these Terms

Axivor.eu provides information about Axivor trading software, documentation, setup guidance, troubleshooting and support. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Use of axivor.eu

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious content or use automated systems in a way that harms the service. Access may be limited where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance or legal compliance.

3. Product information and availability

Product pages describe the current intended scope and truthful availability state of each product. “Marketplace release pending” and “Coming Soon” do not constitute an offer, guaranteed release date or promise of future functionality. Documentation and product descriptions may be corrected or updated as releases change.

4. Marketplace purchases

Stage 1 purchases are made through MQL5 Market or cTrader Store. The applicable marketplace may control payment, invoicing, marketplace accounts, downloads, licensing, activation, refunds and purchase-specific terms. Axivor.eu does not currently provide direct checkout or process payment-card data. Before purchasing, review the product listing and the marketplace terms that apply to your transaction.

5. Software and compatibility

Product behaviour depends on the supported platform and version, broker rules, symbol specifications, account configuration, connectivity, permissions and operating environment. A product may not be compatible with every broker, account type, symbol or future platform version. Supported environments and known limitations are described in the applicable listing and documentation.

6. User responsibilities

You are responsible for selecting an appropriate broker and account, reviewing product documentation, configuring the software, protecting account credentials, testing in a demo environment where appropriate, maintaining backups and deciding whether and how to enable trading or automation. You remain responsible for every trading decision and risk level applied to your account.

7. Intellectual property

Axivor retains its rights in Axivor software, documentation, website content, product names, branding and original visual material, subject to the licence provided through the relevant marketplace or product terms. MetaTrader, MQL4 and MQL5 are associated with MetaQuotes, while cTrader is associated with Spotware; Axivor does not claim ownership of third-party platforms, names or materials.

8. No financial advice

Axivor products and website content are software tools and technical information. They are not investment, financial, tax or legal advice and do not recommend any instrument, broker, strategy or transaction.

9. Updates, availability and warranties

Axivor may make reasonable updates to software, documentation and website content. Continuous availability, permanent feature availability and indefinite compatibility with every future platform or broker change are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the website and documentation are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded and any express commitments in the applicable marketplace listing or licence.

10. Liability

Trading losses can substantially exceed expectations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Axivor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by market movement, broker execution, connectivity, customer configuration, unsupported environments or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

11. Third-party services

Links to MQL5 Market, cTrader Store, trading platforms, brokers or other services lead to systems operated by third parties. Their availability, security and terms are outside Axivor’s control. A link does not change the legal relationship between you and that third party.

12. Changes, applicable rights and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect website, product, marketplace or legal changes. The version in force is identified by the date above. Applicable law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply regardless of these Terms. Contact support@axivor.eu with questions.
