Read this disclaimer before using Axivor software, documentation or examples. Trading involves substantial risk, and losses may occur.

1. Trading risk

Trading leveraged or unleveraged financial instruments can result in rapid and substantial loss. Market conditions can change without warning, and no software can remove trading risk. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose and consider independent professional advice where appropriate.

2. Software is a tool, not advice

Axivor products support trade planning, platform connectivity or automated execution. They do not provide investment or financial advice, promise profit or determine whether a trade is suitable for you.

3. Execution uncertainty

Actual outcomes may differ from calculations, copied instructions, backtests or intended orders because of spread, slippage, commissions, swaps, latency, price gaps, rejected orders, broker rules, minimum volume, volume steps, symbol specifications, connectivity and platform behaviour.

4. Risk Calculator context

Axivor Risk Calculator relies on account, symbol and market data supplied by the platform and broker. It assists planning and order preparation but cannot guarantee the exact volume accepted by a broker or the financial result of a trade.

5. Trade Copier context

Axivor Trade Copier coordinates supported trade-copying workflows. Orders may execute differently across brokers, platforms and accounts because symbol names, specifications, volume limits, timing, permissions and connectivity differ. A copied workflow cannot guarantee an identical financial result.

6. Automated strategy and backtest context

Automated trading can open, modify or close positions without further manual action once enabled. Backtests and simulations are hypothetical, depend on their data and configuration, do not represent actual trading performance and do not predict future results. Live execution may differ materially.

7. User responsibility

You remain responsible for your broker and account choice, product configuration, trading decisions, automation permissions, monitoring and risk level. Review documentation and verify settings before every deployment.

8. Demo testing

Understand and test the software in a demo environment before using real funds. Demo behaviour may still differ from live trading, so continue to monitor connectivity, orders and account risk after deployment.
