This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled through the current pre-launch axivor.eu website, which provides product information, documentation, setup guidance and support information.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Privacy questions and requests concerning axivor.eu can be sent to support@axivor.eu. The public contact form is currently disabled.
2. Data we process
The website limits processing to information needed to operate and protect the service. If you choose to email support directly, the information in that email is also processed to respond to you:
- Direct email enquiries: your email address and any name, subject, message or product information you voluntarily include.
- Security data: IP address and request information used to prevent abuse and investigate technical or security incidents.
- Hosting logs: technical request, error and security logs maintained by the hosting environment for limited operational periods.
3. Purposes and legal bases

4. Cookies, local storage and analytics
Axivor.eu does not currently enable analytics, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. Essential technical storage may be used for website security, caching, administrator sessions and consent configuration. WordPress login cookies apply only when an authorised user signs in. Because no non-essential tracking is active, the public website does not request consent for analytics or marketing cookies.
5. Marketplace purchases
Axivor.eu does not currently process product payments, marketplace accounts, downloads or licensing. Purchases through MQL5 Market or cTrader Store are handled by the relevant marketplace and are subject to that marketplace’s privacy and data practices. Axivor receives only the information those services make available to a product seller or that a customer separately provides when requesting support.
6. Service providers and transfers
Website hosting, email delivery, caching and security providers may process limited data on Axivor’s behalf or under their own applicable terms. Marketplace operators process marketplace data separately under their own policies.
7. Retention
- Direct email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond, manage reasonable follow-up and meet legal obligations. Routine enquiries are reviewed for deletion within 24 months after the last relevant interaction.
- Hosting and security logs are retained on a limited operational rotation determined by security, troubleshooting and hosting requirements.
- Data needed for a dispute or legal obligation may be retained for the applicable limitation or statutory period.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia or another competent supervisory authority.
9. Security
Axivor uses access controls, HTTPS, backups and security monitoring appropriate to the current website. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the website, products or service providers change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact support@axivor.eu with privacy questions or rights requests.
